Easter Tabir 2001
Over the Easter weekend we had an Easter Tabir for the Molodshe Unatstvo who had the opportunity to learn to bake the traditional Paska , and also make pysanky, and have an understanding of the traditions of Ukrainian Easter.
I would like to thank Darka Konderewicz for organizing and running the pysanky activity, and Nadia Furdas who did the Paska baking with the Unatstvo, Sister Cecilia who gave a talk about the Easter Basket and the meaning of the variety of food, and Father Kalinecki for coming up to tabir and having Liturgy for the unatstvo.Also Myron Kuczerepa who cooked for the tabir and all the parents who also helped out with the tabir.
