s.c.«Wings» to travel to Ukraine
s.c.«Wings», the football (soccer) team of the CYM oseredok in Chicago, Illinois (USA) is getting ready
to travle to Ukraine, where it will play against a number o flocal teams. CYM members in Ukraine are
invited to attend and to meet our team!

The Best at Zlet 2009…
On May 23-24, 2009 Ellenville's oselya hosted the 50th Zlet Yunatstva in the United States. Thirteen branches
of CYM participated, and the top prize went to Jersey City, hometown of
Anya Blazheyowska, top performer in starshe yunatstvo.
Hartford's own Oleksandr Zelez won top honors for molodshe yunatstvo.

Wira Hajdamacha has been a member of CYM for fifty five years - in Belgium, later in Germany, and now in Ukraine.
On the 20th anniversary of SNUM in Ukraine, she reflects on what happened then, and what has happened since,
in Ukraine, and in CYM in general.

World Zlet Druzhynnykiv
Registration is now open for CYM's VIII World Druzhynnyk Zlet, which will take place during the Winter Olympics in February, 2010, in Vancouver, Canada.

Sadly, CYM's Oselya «Karpaty» in southeastern Australia has been destroyed by devastating fires.
Hundreds of local residents' lives have fallen victim the the fires, while 5000 have been made homeless.
