YOUTH PROGRAMS

CYM Youth Members meet weekly to participate in programs which include discussion groups, sports, singing, dancing, arts and crafts, and field trips.  Lectures and special activities enable our youth to broaden their knowledge in areas such as Ukrainian history, geography & cultural traditions as well as to build unity with Ukrainians around the world.

Our chapter's activities include:

• Weekly CYM meetings
• Cheremosh Ukrainian Folk Dance Ensemble
• CYM-Minneapolis Youth Choir under the direction of Volodymyr Ilemskyj, Honored Artist of Ukraine
• Oselya (Summer Camp) at Baraboo
• Ukrainian Community Summer Parade Float
